Lost Hog is a small, family-owned winery representing four generations of experience in the wine industry. Stefan Cartlidge, Adam Forni, Tony Cartlidge and Sarah Forni source grapes from their vineyards in Northern California’s Lake County to create wines that express their unique place of origin. 

Our wines make their home among three separate Lake County AVAs: Big Valley, Kelsey Bench and Red Hills. All of these sites offer a variety of ecological and topographical advantages for our vineyards. Diverse volcanic and sedimentary soils coupled with the benefits of a mountain climate create ideal conditions for producing delicious red and white wines.
